Privacy Policy
How Clarity Leadership Group Incorporated collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information across our website, Member Dashboard, and apps.
At a glance
Clarity Leadership Group Incorporated (“Clarity Leadership”, “we”, “us”) runs this website (clarityleadership.org), the members-only Member Dashboard, and any companion mobile apps we publish. We collect only what we need to run the programme safely, introduce members to the right people, send relevant communications, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Some tasks are handled by trusted technology partners (for example secure hosting and email delivery); each is listed below with a link to their own privacy notice. You can access or correct most profile details yourself in your Member Dashboard at /member/profile. You can opt out of programme marketing emails using the toggles on that page or the unsubscribe link in emails. To delete your account, see Delete my account — we complete verified requests within 30 days unless we must keep certain records by law.

- Visitors browsing our public website
- People who create a Clarity Leadership account or complete our membership onboarding profile
- Members using the Member Dashboard or a mobile app we publish
- Anyone who emails us, completes a contact form, donates, or registers for events
If you use our services on behalf of a company, we treat business contact details you provide as relating to both you and that organisation where relevant.

| Meeting tax & corporate record-keeping rules | Legal obligation |
Where Australian privacy law requires consent (for example some direct marketing), we obtain it at collection or provide a clear opt-out.

Delete my account
Email info@clarityleadership.org from the same address as your account, subject line “Account deletion request”, and include your full name. We verify ownership, delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data within 30 days, except where law requires retention (for example financial records kept seven years — see Retention).
Data retention

| Financial / invoice records | 7 years (Australian Tax Office record-keeping) |
| Marketing suppression lists | Until you resubscribe or the address is invalid |

Children
The Clarity Leadership programme is designed for adult Christian business leaders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has registered, email info@clarityleadership.org and we will delete the account promptly.
Mobile apps
Future Clarity Leadership iOS / Android apps will:
- Require account creation for member features
- Offer email & password sign-in (third-party social login only if we explicitly add it later)
- Request notification permission only for optional reminders you choose
- Honour account deletion via the same process as Delete my account — also reachable inside the app settings screen linking to
/p/privacy#delete-my-account
Push notifications remain opt-in; disabling OS notifications or toggling preferences in your Member Dashboard stops delivery even if a token still exists.
Security
We protect data using HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest through our database provider, role-based access controls, audit trails for privileged admin actions, and regular security patching. No online transmission is 100% risk-free; use a strong, unique password and keep your device updated.
International data transfers
Some processors store or process data in the United States or other regions. Where Australian law applies, we take steps that are reasonable in the circumstances — including contractual safeguards — to ensure overseas recipients protect information in a way overall comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar tools for essential site functions, preferences, and aggregated analytics that help us improve the site. Third-party cookies may be set by embedded content or payment flows (for example Stripe Checkout). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may limit some features.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your profile and/or a prominent in-app notice on your Member Dashboard. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you acknowledge the revised policy.
